Umm... need a little help? Pweese!

This is a very well done piece with a few minor nitpicks.

The anatomy and shading are perfect as far as I can tell, as well as the reflection on the floor.

OK, so now onto the nitpicks:

1. Fluttershy's ear fluff should be pointed in the opposite direction, as the ear fluff fluffs towards the point of the ear.
2. The tears look like blue veins because their paths split up so much. They should follow just one path.
3. The ear buds don't have reflections
4. The tail hair floats above the ground near the end. It should slope downward and rest on the ground. Also it would probably require shading differently if you change it.
5. The tail separates into three strands. The strand on the left looks flat while the other two look more rounded, like there's more hair there.
6. The base of the tail looks fine.
7. The eyes are gorgeous.
8. The wings look fine.
9. The hair and mane look fine.
10. The color choice is excellent.
11. The background is a bit dull but it's ok because it doesn't distract focus from Fluttershy.

Overall, it looks pretty good.
